Your Mortgage Statement

01 Page 1 of 10 pages
This is the statement page number, plus the total number of pages. There will be at least 2 pages, and more if there have been a lot of transactions during the year or if your mortgage is made up of more than one part (or sub-account).
02 Your mortgage account number
This is your mortgage account number. Please quote this number whenever you have a mortgage query.
03 Summary of your total borrowing
This is an overview of your total borrowing. If your mortgage is made up of more than one part or 'sub-account' - for example, if different rates apply to different parts or you have more than one loan - it includes them all. It also includes any charges that have been added to your mortgage.
04 Total debits
This shows any amounts of interest charged each month, plus any other debits, such as fees that have been charged.
05 Total credits
This shows any amounts - such as your monthly repayments - that have been paid to your account.
06 Total cost of repaying your mortgage
This shows the total amount you would need to pay at the date of the statement to pay off your mortgage completely.
