Buying a new home, and the move itself, is a pretty daunting experience. There are so many different things to think about, all in a short space of time. So to help you settle in and enjoy life in your new home, we’ve introduced Home Harmony,™ a new C&G service available to you during the first year in your new home, completely free of charge.
We work with Europe’s leading home management company Ten Lifestyle Management to provide Home Harmony. Within two weeks of completing your mortgage, they’ll send you a welcome letter explaining how to register and use the service.
Once you’re registered, you’ll have access to a dedicated website and a phone number for your requests – any time day or night, seven days a week.
You’ll then have access to our special service offering you details and estimates from trusted local and other services – plumbers, decorators, maintenance engineers, gardeners and even babysitters, it’s an extensive list. So whether it’s a dry cleaner or a drive cleaner you need, we can help.
Home Harmony also offers help with entertainment. Whether it's with finding and booking tickets to see your favourite band or show, restaurant recommendations and bookings, theatre tickets or even where to take your kids out for the day, Home Harmony is right on hand.
The services offered by Home Harmony go far beyond quotes for home improvements and maintenance. Just look at the list below for some of the most popular topics:
Ten is Europe’s leading home management support service. They take on many kinds of requests, using their buying power and inside knowledge to get the best results for you. They employ experts looking after their supplier lists in all the main areas of home improvements and domestic repairs, and every week book more for domestic jobs than most people do in a lifetime – whether it’s for a leaky tap or a major home extension.
Ten completes thousands of requests every month and have a pool of trusted suppliers local to you. They help members organise anything that they lack the time to do and provide expertise or contacts to help members plan themselves. So look out for the welcome letter and have a read and think about how useful it could be. Then just register – after all, it’s a completely free service for the first year in your new home.
Ten checks suppliers for insurance and references and in the most common trades and professions, suppliers will have to be a member of their regulatory body. They also monitor the performance of the suppliers, asking customers for feedback to ensure that they only recommend the best suppliers.
You'll get at least two quotes to choose from and the cost should never be more than if you'd approached the same supplier yourself.
Home Harmony can take away the time-consuming task of sourcing tickets to entertainment events.
If an event is sold out Ten can go to one of their trusted and vetted suppliers who will usually be able to beat the average market price. Ten have been to every theatre and concert venue in London, and the majority of those around the UK, so can advise on the best view, most leg room, and any special access needs you might have.
Each of Ten's specialists has a genuine passion for eating out, and expertise in a specific type of cuisine. They have strong one-to-one working relationships with the UK’s top restaurants, meaning they can often access tables that aren’t usually offered to the general public.
Ten keep right on top of changes. So whenever a new restaurant joins the throng, a kitchen swaps its head chef, or an established eatery gets a revamp, Ten will know about it – and, therefore, so will you.
Ten will send you a welcome letter within two weeks of your move which includes details of how to register. As soon as you’ve registered you can start using Home Harmony.

Having helped you with your mortgage, we’d like to help you through the settling in period, enjoying life and even whilst doing up your new home during the first year. With our help and support, you’ll be able to enjoy your new home as much as possible.
