Your mortgage is currently provided by Lloyds Bank plc and administered by C&G. From April 2017, your C&G mortgage will be managed directly by Lloyds Bank plc. This change will also apply to your Homecover Plus or C&G Buildings Insurance policy if this was taken out with your mortgage.
This means that in the 6 months up to April 2017 you will start to see some of our correspondence to you branded Lloyds Bank whilst others may continue to be branded C&G. This change will be completed by April 2017 when all correspondence will be branded Lloyds Bank. Correspondence relating to closed accounts will also be branded Lloyds Bank.
Your mortgage account is not changing so you do not need to do anything. There will be no change to your mortgage terms and conditions and your account number will remain the same.
A letter was sent to all current C&G mortgage customers in October to inform you of this change and give you some more information.
