If you change your name, address or telephone number this page will let you know what to do to ensure our records are up to date.

Name changes

If you've changed your name due to a change in your marital status or by deed poll, we need you to forward either the original or certified copies of your name change documentation e.g. marriage certificate.

The copy must be certified by a solicitor. Upon receipt of this we'll update our records accordingly.

Address changes

If you've moved house and our records need updating, please inform us of your new address details in writing. All parties to your mortgage must sign this correspondence.

Telephone number update

If you have a new telephone number and you'd like us to update our records, please contact us by telephone, email or letter. By having your correct telephone number, it gives us the opportunity to speak to you direct about your enquiries and allows us to discuss your account on a more personal level.
