| The C&G mortgage and C&G savings rates shown on this website are the same as those shown in all the equivalent marketing material. However, if you have visited this website previously, variations in your local computer settings may mean that the web page that your browser shows you is the same as the web page that you have seen previously and not an up-to-date version of the web page.
| This may have certain implications, eg if the page that you were attempting to view, showed C&G mortgage or C&G savings interest rates and the rates have changed between the two visits then your browser may display the old rates. This is due to a technology called 'caching' which means that your computer saves a copy of a web page in its local memory. If your computer has 'cached' a page, then when you next visit that web page your browser may not request a page from the C&G web server but instead will recall the page from your computer's local memory.
| If you believe that your computer may have 'cached' a page then you can refresh the page by clicking on the 'Refresh' button on your browser toolbar or pressing F5 on your keyboard.
| To stop your computer 'caching' pages on a more permanent basis, you can configure your browser not to allow the use of 'cached' pages. To disable the relevant 'caching' settings on your browser you will need to follow these instructions depending on which browser you are using.
